Some Photoshop custom shapes I’m working on for a freelance gig. These are only the first seven. I basically start out with a sketch, then trace over it with the pen tool. Then I just define the objects as custom shapes. Pretty fun stuff.

Since Summer 2010, school has pretty much dominated my life, leaving little to no free time for frivolous drawing. So even though I created these illustrations for a class project, I figured they still counted as ‘stuff i’ve drawn’.
Finally…a new post. I’ve actually been looking forward to coloring this little guy in for a couple weeks now.

Hello, I'm a 33 year-old graphic designer. As a youth, I used to draw all the time; on napkins, under coffee tables, on paper, on almost any surface. But as I grew older, went to college, got a job, discovered Photoshop, I just kinda...stopped drawing. One thing I've learned about drawing - it is NOT like riding a bike. The longer I stayed out of practice, the more I lost. With this tumblog I aim to show my progress as I essentially start over and relearn how to draw.
